Alexandra Humphreys

Originally from Harrington Park, New Jersey, Alex Humphreys is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan, where she earned her B.F.A. in Musical Theatre. With a deep appreciation for performance and wellness, Alex has found a unique way to combine her artistic background with a passion for health and nutrition.

Now a Certified Nutrition Coach and Certified Personal Trainer, she is dedicated to helping others feel strong, confident, and energized- both on and off the stage.
